BioAffix Enters 2024 with New Developments: CMMI and V23.3

Ones Technology Achieves CMMI ML 3 Certification

The Ones Technology R&D center has been appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3, an international benchmark for evaluating quality and capabilities in product development.

Why Is This Important?

Becoming the 26th company in Türkiye to receive the CMMI Level 3 certification, Ones Technology achieved this recognition for both its software and hardware domains in just 89 days. With this certification, the company has proven that its software and hardware development processes meet global standards.

The appraisal covered all BioAffix projects. The scope of the evaluation included project management, quality management in both software and hardware, and other support processes.

“Best Workplaces in Technology”

Great Place to Work, an independent research institute that evaluates corporate culture and employee experience, has listed Ones Technology among the “Best Workplaces in Technology” based on its objective evaluation criteria.

What Happened Previously?

In August 2022, following a comprehensive survey involving all its employees, Ones Technology was awarded the “Great Place to Work” certification by the Great Place to Work Institute.

Research conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute has proven that the productivity rate in companies evaluated as “happy workplaces” is 28% higher than in other companies. It is stated that in work environments where employee achievements are recognized by their managers, communication skills are also high, which positively impacts company growth figures.

BioAffix Version V23.3 Has Been Released

BioAffix version V23.3 has been developed with performance improvements, interface changes, and expanded integration capabilities. While performance enhancements have been made to reports, logs, and other filtering features, a new “Notifications” feature has also been added to BioAffix Management. Additionally, the comprehensive administrative features of the new secure input/output device, BioAffix Secure I/O Plus 422, a new member of the BioAffix product family, are now available to users with this release.

Central Management Capability for BioAffix Secure I/O Plus 422

The BioAffix Secure I/O Plus 422 is a secure input/output device that can operate in buildings with existing access control system wiring without requiring radical changes, elevating system security to the BioAffix standard. Featuring OSDP V2 and AES encryption, the BioAffix Secure I/O Plus 422 has a compact design with a height of 23 mm.

With the new version, the BioAffix Secure I/O Plus 422 has been made fully integrable with the BioAffix product family’s hardware and software. This has endowed the 422 device with many new administrative features and integration capabilities via the BioAffix Management central application.

Performance Improvements

Performance losses that occurred during queries in the management interface, including those involving custom fields, have been eliminated. Now, the results of all search and query operations conducted through the BioAffix central management application will be presented much more efficiently thanks to the new version.

Renewed BioAffix Gate Interface Visuals

The interfaces used on BioAffix Gate family devices with screen hardware have been completely renewed. Now, a region-specific background image can be set on the Gate screens via the BioAffix central management application, BioAffix Management.

Enhanced Scheduled Tasks in BioAffix OneServer

Scheduled tasks in BioAffix OneServer now also support “custom database procedures.” Thanks to this enhancement, BioAffix administrators can create scheduled database tasks by adding their desired custom database procedures to BioAffix OneServer according to their needs.
